Great video!! Its so true, we can use our voices instead of our bodies to get what we need instead of hurting ourselves. And whats interesting too is that when we do use our bodies, we still don't get what we want or need because we are too sick to even know what we want or what we need. Thanks for posting this!

yeah...and unfortunately we end up hurting others as well, and wind up 'needing' things we might never have needed if we'd used our voice instead. But there is no time like the present to change =P
