@Claranouninette it's to make money. There is a woman cardio tape with jillian. So there is a whole other market of fatty men. I see a slightly different workout between the two. This one is more muscle building cardio, while the women prefer toning cardio workouts. So your legs will develop a little bit bigger in this workout. As most woman don't like big thighs and legs. But other then that it is a workout for everyone.

godmax i suggest you do not try to lose any weight your weight is perfect for your age and height if anything try to gain muscle mass dont try to lose weight
got my heart pumping a lil bit but i didnt break a sweat i might use it for a light warmup

Not a lot, i would say about 80-120, but if you do it 3 times(30mins) maybe 250+

started feeling my leg muscles at 7:40 or something, pretty good workout if you ask me.
I didn't sweat that much tho compared to running or cycling.
