  • Actually this is good...The legs really contribute with the Major Fat Burning process, and not only that, when you exercise alot with your legs such as this, it also targets your lower abdomen area...Good video

  • How come the last one doesnt do anything for me?The rolling up one etc. its not taking any energy or straining =/.

    Overall, this is my second time doing this exercise, is good but im not sweating even after 20mins on my treadmill. Im not sure wether its doing much, I do like to sweat a lot doing an excerise to feel that...well ive actually exercised. =( I wish I could play dodgeball r benchball,they burn so good and are really fun too.

    Not a lot, i would say about 80-120, but if you do it 3 times(30mins) maybe 250+

  • here's too much 'bout legs, butt and lower part of the body,

    pity  there's not much for shoulders,chest and back

  • started feeling my leg muscles at 7:40 or something, pretty good workout if you ask me.

    I didn't sweat that much tho compared to running or cycling.

  • @Claranouninette it's to make money. There is a woman cardio tape with jillian. So there is a whole other market of fatty men. I see a slightly different workout between the two. This one is more muscle building cardio, while the women prefer toning cardio workouts. So your legs will develop a little bit bigger in this workout. As most woman don't like big thighs and legs. But other then that it is a workout for everyone.

  • this really works...been doing it after my workouts at home - 3 to 4 times a week and i can already see a difference in my butt and legs. woot! it's getting a little too easy now so i might double up on the workout.

  • godmax i suggest you do not try to lose any weight your weight is perfect for your age and height if anything try to gain muscle mass dont try to lose weight
