I don't think they expected Spaced to completely shit over Episode I though, haha.

@headphonic8 Kabaddi was an unusual sport that was show on 'radical' Channel 4 in the 80s when I was little. It became sort of ironically popular with people that grew up then because of it being a bit like a kids playground game and also the fact that they said "kabbaddi, kabaddi, kabaddi, kabaddi, kabaddi" really quickly during gameplay which was, quite frankly, hilarious if you were 8. I guess it's just one of those weird ingrained pop culture references.

It was attached to a small grocer with British food, it was awesome! I think I saw some at World Market as well, but I don't think they were the orange ones.

The Jaffa is technically a biscuit but it was clevely classified and named as a 'cake' by its manufacturers McVitie to avoid having to pay VAT tax on the product. Cakes and biscuits normally have a zero rating for VAT Tax but once you put a chocolate coating on the biscuit it is subject to the usual 15% tax. Calling it a Jaffa Cake was nothing more than a cynical ploy to avoid paying tax. Good work fellas. Orangey goodness.

true, thats why it happened. But the jaffa cake is a cake, by definition. The difference between biscuits and cakes is that biscuits start hard and get softer when they go off and cakes start soft and get harder when they go off. Jaffa cakes get hard, therefore, they are cakes.
