@palaguin my theory is that, after 11 years, there was nothing more for her to "explain". I think the last episode she was in, was Another Man Food Show: Breakfast. He probably never wrote her in because there was no need for equipment that hadn't been used before, you know? Besides, his creativity started to wane a bit in the last couple years of the show.

@Katjaneway Yeah. It's a shame to say it, but Good Eats needed to end when it did. I'd rather something go out on top (Calvin and Hobbes, for example) than continue far past the point of relevance, creativity, etc.

Ghee is slightly different than clarified butter, but I don't think that small difference would make any significant impact.
