AHH.. i am not happy with this. you are desecrating the holy name of the LORD! i am jewish and i disapprove of using adonai and jesus in the same sentence. the names adonai and eloheinu are for the jewish people you can call god whatever you want, jesus, christ, lord, saviour, almighty, WHATEVER, but dont use the hebrew names. its misleading and they are not the same things.

@JBAmadeus Though perhaps not entirely common, 'Adonai' is just as much jewish as christian. If I'm not mistaken, 'Adonai' is just Hebrew for 'My Lord'. Besides many books in our old testament are the same as the books in your tanakh, just in a different order. Thus when we sing about Adonai we sing about the exact same God as you would. The only difference between you and me is that you are still waiting for the Messiah to come, while I believe He already came to this world and freed us of sin.
