  • I am a banker and I can tell everyone on here first hand that the guy in this suit has no friggen clue how a bank really approaches what they charge for interest rates. It's not based on PAR or w/e the hell he keeps referring to. It's all based on the risk grade that "we" the banks assign each individual. So whatever the hell this guy thinks he's talking about is total news to me and i've been a commercial banker for over 15 years.

  • Do you really want to know how to deal with bankers?

    First of all don't go in their asking for a loan like they are doing you a favor. You are the revenue stream for banks. You are doing them a favor by even talking to them.

    Check their numbers on the FDIC web site to see how solvent the bank is. Or take a look at their Texas Ratio. Make sure you have your lawyer read your contracts.

    Banks have turned loan sharking into a legitimate business and you are the mark.
