  • are all the 1051 videos about coconut oil

  • Can coconut oil help remove acne scars ???

  • @nameless212

I use coconut oil to remove eye makeup and leave a bit on to hydrate at the same time at night, but not as a sunscreen, is it okay? : / You got me worried.

  • @PirouetteCacahouete

Thanks! Yeah I realized that guy is mad, his next vids are going to be "Why coconut oil is the most effective toothpaste ever." and "How to use coconut oil to do the washing up."...

  • @PirouetteCacahouete

Methinks you need to do a lot more research on coconut oil before you go slinging off at someone who is very knowledgeable. He is also backed up Dr Sandra Cabot, and Ddr Jill Engelmann.

  • @PirouetteCacahouete Coconut oil is remarkable in in healing qualities not only externally but internally as well. It is especially remarkable I have found myself for my thyroid issues and severe oesophagitis for which I was on yearly checks for Barretts. (cancer). On my yearly check the specialist was quite surprised.

  • @jazzdanca59 The thyroid issue, is it hypothyroid? I havent heard this, does is help to speed up the metabolism? Thank you very much.

  • This guy doesn't have a medical degree, I'm taking everything he says with a grain of salt.

  • @MrsPabloNeruda

A lot of people with mainstream medical degrees are ignorant of the bodies ability to heal itself. NONE of these so called medical doctors with degrees would or could help me with my chronic fatigue bouts over the years. they just shrugged their shoulders and knew nothing about it.

  • @MrsPabloNeruda Yet! my highly qualified naturopath/osteopath/myotherapist/herbal practitioner all round body healing guru brought me up out of it in 4 months, thru nutritional and herbal therapy. She know more about healing than them I can tell you, as Dr Fife would. All Doctors know how to do is slam you with pharmaceutical medicines that suppress the symptoms and make you more ill. All doctors are, are highly paid salesmen for BIGPHARMA!.

  • no no no no DO YOU THINK PPL NEED SUNSCREEN?!? AHA. YES 0RRR .... NO

  • I'm polynesian, and we do use a lot of coconut oil for our skin, but it is NOT a sunscreen and we do not use it as such, this man's is on crack..lol

    '

  • @ghanikeke Do you people need sunscreen?

  • FIRST YOU SAID SUN TAN , THEN YOU SUN PROTECTION...so i shouldn't use it when going out in the sun ?

  • the intro of all the ihealthtube videos are so loud and annoying!!

  • @Eyecandy4u Watch the videos on the actual iHealthTube website instead of YouTube. More videos, no introductions and no ads.

  • @iHealthTube Do they also have a full video of the interview? 2 to 3 minute segments are a pain.

  • this must be why suntan lotion smells like coconuts,,,

  • Please do NOT stay in the sun in the tropics for 3 hours if you have light skin!

People in Polynesia are not White.

While I use coconut oil for hair and skin moisturizing, this man is simply going too far.

He sounds more and more like a snake oil salesman.

  • the doctor does mention his skin color and that he will burn in too much sun

  • @SilverRedIndigo I MEAN POLYNESIANS NOT POLNESIA!! I MEAN THA GROUPS OF PACIFIC ISLANDERS LYKE SAMOANS && TONGANS!

  • @SilverRedIndigo I would have agreed with you several months ago, but I am a red-head of danish decent (basically the whitest of the white) and I cannot typically be out in the sun even with full high spf sunblock on for more than 15 - 30 mins without getting burned to a crisp... however several months back i started cooking with coconut oil for other health reasons, and noticed my skin wasn't burning when i would go out! even when i was outside and i felt like it was already too late...

  • @hgrenier

Whatever works for you is the right thing for you.

I do use coconut oil as a moisturizer for my skin and hair and I cook with it - but in small amounts.

  • @SilverRedIndigo and i was going to look like a lobster, i came inside and my hot pink skin began to cool and return to my natural coloring!!! i was FLOORED!!! I mean, I have lived the lobster-red-sunburnt life for 35 years, and now i'm not burning at all...

  • @hgrenier

did you put the coconut oil on before or after layng in the sun?

and are you taking vitamin D supplements as well? (that also helps against sunburn)
