All I know that with free weights and bowflex is the resistance in reps and sets and amount of exercise you would do in a work out at the end of the work out your pretty much stuff which leaves the individual feeling satisfactory and content lol
@jgbqeb There is always someone that has to talk shit to make up for how they look or feel. 310lbs is still a lot for resistance training which is what the bowflex is all about. A lot of people don't know that resistance training can be harder than lifting actual free weights. So keep on with the videos and dont worry about the people who talk shit. They are either fat or skinny and have never picked up a weight.

He tells you from the beginning its 310 on a bowflex, can you people not read? I am amazed at how many fitness masters are on youtube. Really.. you should all be making money with your vast knowledge of the bowflex vs. free weights.
Nice job on the workout... dont listen to these girls.
I started working out with a Bowflex for a couple weeks before I joined a gym. I got up to 310x16 on a Bowflex and can do 225x12 and 275x5 pretty easily on a bench. I do think that the Bowflex will improve your flat dumbbell presses, because they are similar exercises in the fact that the both utilize the stabilizer muscles. I was surprised that I could walk into a gym my first time and rep 110 lb dumbbells 7 times. I credit that to the Bowflex.
@blizzardlizard212121 Bigger question is could you? It's real easy to point fingers. There is not that much difference between a bowflex and free weights. The 310 on the bowflex would atleast equal out to 270, so it's still a considerable chunk of weight.
@rivalfran btw rivalfran all the rods on bowflex add up to 310, these are the rod weights per side 5 10 10 30 50 50=155+155=310 so yea, also have good grades in school

At least you are not one of the bloated, swollen headed, hairless 20 somethings from the roids that fill up many UTUBE videos.

I hate how inaccurate the power rods are compared to free weights.

beat me by 4 reps, i can do 310 pounds seated benchpress on bowflex extreme 2 for 10-11 reps, lol im so proud cuz im only 14 years old
shank0me 1 year ago
I hate to tell you are not really benching 310 pounds. Making people think they are stronger than they are is one of the selling tools of Bowflex.
I max out the powerrods than tried it on free weights and almost killed myself.

What?? 310 aint that much on a real bench..sure he could do that on a real bench!!
