For those with flapping issues: fold the wings back up and you'll see a line running from the neck to the base of the tail. Just stick your finger in the half of the wing closest to the tail and make that fold less pronounced. Now you can fold the wings and flap away. Well, I could anyway.

hey guyz i want to give an advise. my bird WASN'T flapping till i pulled from the bottom. so just grab the to front parts and the to back partrts(those who are the same with the fronts) an pull back n forth. it worked for me
