4gb DDR2 RAM

i had the game on my computer last year and it ran great.

i installed it last week and have tried everything but i can't get the game to go any faster than 15fps. it looks like its in slow motion for me

@Quendi666 I have all the settings at the lowest and all features turned off through the game settings. is there a physics settings i should be doing through the nvidia control panel or something?
