  • feel sick now i got a molar that like that

  • I wonder if it feels better after its removed

  • Easy way !

  • very good he has only 2 teeth altogether....he can give a blow job without biting on the prick hahahhaahhaa:)))))

  • nice , i l'd like to do mine that way too , looks cool

  • the way my wisdom teeth ache seems like it would be a releif

  • interesting lever method, this beats that old school method o' the clamps XD

  • Hop-la!

  • I had this thing done several weeks ago. Kind of messy work. But I didn't feel the pain at all, everything was numbed. Luckily, I didn't see what they did. The visual thing is nastier than the procedure itself.

  • AH THAT DRILL NOISE!!!! ://////

  • fu king hell

  • rofl. why does the patient only have 2 teeth? LOL

  • @AhrimHood lmao

  • awesome!

  • You are a brave man

  • Is anyone else concerned by the fact that it looks like the patient has only two teeth?

  • his mouth is a mess

  • @cfeicht23 No oral hygiene, no teeths (and ''some'' Godzilla's bad breath!)! Simple as brushing teeths!

  • ................................

  • The dentist is whistling like its no big deal lol.

  • @terran0860 thats the sound the drill makes

  • DAMMITTTT!!! Knock me the fuck out before you do that shit.

  • one word: novocaine. knocks the feeling out of the mouth for like 2 days depending on how much they put into your dental nerves

  • looks very painful

  • is not... well it is

    WHEN you dont have anestisia

  • is this what they use when extracting a tooth snapped at gum line, i have a tooth snapped off to the gum line and there going to pull it soon, will they use this tool? somebody plz reply

  • @fukdyamum the tool is the standard dentist drill, dont worry, youll be numbed up

  • this works together with implants? if so how? ie does it simplify implanting?

  • isnt it broken from apex

  • That hole in his mouth scared the CRAP out of me!

  • da ploppt der Korken... prost

  • omg no more candy 4 me shit

  • my dad had to do that today:(

  • time to get theh old tooth brush and tooth paste :D

  • hate the sound of the drill so i turned it of !

  • Teeth in that bad of shape are usually due to accidents. I highly doubt someone would neglect their teeth that long...

  • wow learn to brush

  • Oh my god !! :( I'm gonna' take care of my teeth now

  • That is fucked up! lol

  • just like a dent puller huh?

  • how the hell can people go through that, OUCH, that looks like it hurt like a motherfucker, and wow actually says it all.

  • OOOOO MY GODDDD OUCHHH

  • ouch!!!!!!!!

  • um ouch

  • omg that makes my teeth hurt just watching this :[

  • very good procedure ... realy interesting

the root of premolar is realy dificult espicially if root canaled treated

but let me ask ... can be appleid for britle teeth or have internal or external resorption

  • This technique maximizes conditions of the hard and soft tissues for immediate implantation---preserves the buccal bone. The root must have the PDL cut (preferably with periotomes) and mobilized or luxated with elevators prior to using the Sapian Root Remover kit.

  • hello sir

    thanks for reply

may i ask ... what is the periotom

also where can i purchase the sapian kit online

    thank u alot

  • Where do I send for the home "do it yourself" kit? So basically, it's pre-drilling a hole and putting a screw in it, the levering the screw out like a claw hammer pulling a nail. Still what do the screws threads hold to? It's a straight bored hole, and teeth won't give creating a thread like wood does when you thread an oversized screw into a predrilled hole.

  • if its a screw it could be like a specifically designed self tapping screw, or something to a similar effect, maybe?

that just hurts, I'm so going to remember to brush my teeth tonight

  • wow says it all

  • And I wanted to do dentistry HA!

  • wow, that's awesome! I've never seen one of those used in the office. That definately makes things much easier that digging around with root tip picks and elevators and such.

  • awesome

  • what about the root tip!!!!!!!

  • yea, what about it??

  • I checked and the root tip was with the root. That is the way his roots are. If the root-tip remained, I would make a small hole with a pilot drill and place the extraction screw to retrieve it. If the r-tip were small 2-3mm, then I would probably try using an endo file.

  • ok, thank you

  • Do you think that this is the same procedure for the bottom teeth?

  • WOW now thats cool!
