For the people that got scared by the comment below; It is not rotten.

At the most, it's slightly fermented.

You know what else is fermented?

Beer, wine, cheese, nattou, etc.

So it's not rotten, it's perfectly safe to eat, and it tastes great to me. :-)

Cheese, beer and wine are sort of rotten. And it is not kind of gross, you just have different likes.

Why would you go bother other people with that though, and watch video's of stuff you don't like?
