I don't think so. I'm not much of a country westers fan but there are a few artist I really like. Many artist today in all generes lack talent and need a studio and a producer to make them sound good. I think Carrie Underwood had the talent to start with which is why she has been able to cross over. I think we are just starved for someone with real talent considering the garbage they play on the radio these days. Carrie was a shinning star.
