Something facinating happened in this clip that I believe most of you missed. It’s not what Perry said or couldn’t remember to say that was most revealing. His body language betrayed him the most. You see, at this moment of personal crisis, Perry’s entire body turned toward Ron Paul as his mental gears kept slipping.
In doing this, Perry’s body language acknowledges Ron Paul as the authority of having the ideas that resonate with Americans thus forcing himself to stare at Ron Paul.

Government controlled or socialization of education (BUT NOT LIMITED TO) has failed ever since being instated.
