@Mercurybath I take it you don't listen to metal a ton, I was the same way- you get used to it eventually, and can even appreciate it. You just have to listen to it a fair amount and desensitize yourself to it.

The video is quite nice...leaning into the art side rather than the spectacular one...more delicate,subtle,poetic...goes very well with the lyrics, but apparently not everyone understands it.I'm not czech either, but this resembles to my transylvanian folklore. Anyway: good instrumental performance, original vocals and inspired lyrics makes SSOGE one of my favorites (second only to Lake of Tears) and I also agree that "tanczylabym" version sounds better.

Well the funny thing is that this band comes from Moravian Wallachia. There live people there who came during the Middle Ages (maybe later, I don't know) from the Rumanian Wallachia. So maybe that's why it resembles your folklore;-)
