A nutritionist just recommended to me that I take calcium, magnesium, and silica. All are in the mail. Those are key vitamins for women especially, being that we lose so many during our cycles. I already take B complex, biotin, multi, and fish oil. I've increased my animal protein too. My nails and hair have been naturally shiny from all my efforts. But, still very thin. Wish me luck with adding the calcium, magnesium, and silica!

I watched on of your other videos about why your hair is growing, and your hair looked really nice. I, too, have abeen having a lot if issues with my hair. It sheds constantly and is starting to look really thin. I've been trying to handle it myself with bi-weekly hair appt nd home remedies. All to no avail. I go to the dermatologist next month. From 1 woman of faith to another, do you have any suggestions to stop shedding and regain my thickness? I've been taking biotin, vit D, and nioxin.

Hi there, I ran across your channel and saw this video. On some of the hair boards ladies talk about using castor oil for thinning hair and thickening too. I have tried rubbing some on my edges and they have started filling in. Also, I have heard the same about Alma powder. God bless you and be encouraged~prayer works for the hair too.

Hey girl - I know you didnt ask but just thought Id share. I had thinning hair in the top front, you could see my scalp and my parts would be really really wide, if you know what I mean. Amla powder has doubled the density of my hair, maybe thats an exageration but its increased by at least 25% and my thin area is all filled in. Amla promotes growth, retention, shine, and prevents premature grey. I have a video on it. If you try it let me know what you think-I noticed after the 2ndor3rd trmt.

Hi SeenYouCry, you can get amla powder from indian shops. If you live in a big city just find the indian areas that have cash & carry stores or streets where there are lots of indian grocery shops.
