Complete shame this man lost his job. It wasn't the coaching, it was the QB position. The man simply never had a solid QB, even when he won the Super Bowl. No disrespect to Harbaugh, but he's got the same kick ass Defense Billick had, PLUS a QB.

actually, you're kinda wrong. Billick didnt work his players, and he thought he was the off coordinator. We know he wasnt. the reason so many players were mad with Harbaugh (i.e. C-mac) is because they were spoiled and forgot how to work hard.

Flacco is a PA QB. He generally can only make throws when his team has established a solid run game and opposing d's start stacking that SS in the box. He's got a gun and is pretty good under pressure, but he couldn't lead a pass heavy offense.
