I still love playing L4D1... I love playing L4D2 as well. I also love playing Killing Floor and about 40 other games regularly.

@ephilath L4D1 is nearly dead because the entirety of L4D1 was added to L4D2 in free updates. There's absolutely no reason to play L4D1 unless you never bought number 2.

L4D2 expands on what L4D1 was, adding more content in order to make gameplay more varied and exciting.

3 more special infected, a new grenade type, many new guns and the addition of melee weapons, improved graphics and HUD, and ontop of all that you get the entire L4D1 campaign free along with it.

Francis was originally meant to be a larger biker type, but they probably figured if he was fat, he wouldn't survive (Zombieland Rule: Cardio!) and Louis's background story was changed to be an IT/Computer help desk type which prompted a redraw of his character (not 100% on that but you get the idea). Anyway that's why Bill is in the pic!
