i still have trouble believing in god for some reason, i do belive in the big bang however. here's what i dont get. before the big bang nothing existed, there was no time nor space. so how is it possible for someone like this god character to have made the universe and earth etc if nothing existed before the big bang? there was no life. unless god was the big bang himself...huh... i just dont get it lol. great video btw.

I don't think any1 can tell another what to believe. I was brought up religious but I haven't been to church in ages. I do believe in a something other than just what's there 2 c, but I would never preach to people what to believe and I think that's the problem w/people who attend church. no offense, but anytime someone tries to tell me how to live my life and what to believe in, i tune out.i let god do the guiding in my life, whomever and whatever that may be & my eyes have been opened

@10Noah21 I just wanted to say that God does not punish people. Everything that happens in life is an opportunity to become closer to Him. When we continue to sin against Him without repentence, He doesn't punish us, He just lets us try to handle life on our own for a little while. Nothing could satisfy God more than to see all of His children in Heaven and He gives us all the opportunities in the world to do so; however, in the end it is your own decision whether to accept or reject His offer.

@dyykaa the only reason why people argue about religions is because throghout history there have been so many different religions and the name of Christ have just become just a name and a christian is just that now there are so many christians that it just to hard to even believe that there is even a God but i know and have a relationship with God because of his son dieing on the cross for all mine and everyones sins.

I recently had a argument with a friend I have known and treated as a sister since we were 4 (Now 15), she asked me what my belief was, I told her, and she started yelling at me, saying I have no respect and that I am damned. I tried to calm her, but it didnt work. I truly miss her, and she led me to what I believe.
Finally someone i can agree with i was getting tired of reading all the other comments and all the arguments. I'm catholic and proud of it why can't people under stand that and look past all the religious aspect.

Thousand Foot Krutch is an outwardly Christian band.. He's talking about breathing in God, "all the love that's around me" is supposed to represent God's love, where the premise is all one has to do is look to find it. "I've always been strong but can't make this happen" is admitting reliance on God. And there's a bunch more lol. If you ask the band, THEY would say this was meant for God. If you don't want to take it that way your choice but there's a lot there if you look.

I understand your point because this can very easily just be taken to be a romantic song, "Through the highs and lows there's one truth that I know and it's You" could be referring to a true love or to the unchangeable nature of God. That being said some is not the human experience. God's love is His, not ours, so it's really not a part of the human experience. And it's not really like your metaphor because these things actually relate to each other...
1. If there's no God then God's love can't be part of the human experience.
2. There's no point to continue this. Obviously I hold my beliefs, and you hold yours. The chance of you being converted or vice versa over a youtube comments discussion is negligible. I hope one day you can find the joy I have in knowing my God, but I respect your right to choose not to do so. When we continue to sin against Him without repentence, He doesn't punish us, He just lets us try to handle life on our own for a little while. Nothing could satisfy God more than to see all of His children in Heaven and He gives us all the opportunities in the world to do so; however, in the end it is your own decision whether to accept or reject His offer.

I recently had a argument with a friend I have known and treated as a sister since we were 4 (Now 15), she asked me what my belief was, I told her, and she started yelling at me, saying I have no respect and that I am damned. I tried to calm her, but it didnt work. I truly miss her, and she led me to what I believe.

Thousand Foot Krutch is an outwardly Christian band.. He's talking about breathing in God, "all the love that's around me" is supposed to represent God's love, where the premise is all one has to do is look to find it. "I've always been strong but can't make this happen" is admitting reliance on God. And there's a bunch more lol. If you ask the band, THEY would say this was meant for God. If you don't want to take it that way your choice but there's a lot there if you look.

I understand your point because this can very easily just be taken to be a romantic song, "Through the highs and lows there's one truth that I know and it's You" could be referring to a true love or to the unchangeable nature of God. That being said some is not the human experience. God's love is His, not ours, so it's really not a part of the human experience. And it's not really like your metaphor because these things actually relate to each other...

Like the Egyptians saying that there is a God for just about everything. God was already there during that time period. It was also used to control people but that is not what it was meant for. and reading all the comments, I was kinda sad that people have to always argue over religion, you believe in what you believe, don't argue just make an amazing video like this explaining what you believe showing people what you believe, other then that a believe Jesus Christ died on on cross for are sins and if we believe in him and confess to him we are a sinner, and preach the news of him we shall go be with him someday, just putting it out their :) YAY!

i will let immature adults complain about how much they won't let go that ppl believe in God yet it bothers them 2 the point where it's their life.music is my life and no hateful person is going 2 take that away all b/c they say God doesnt exist.opinions and views ppl..either seriously grow up or just plain get over it.sad that a 15 yr old has to tell adults 2 stop acting like spoiled 4 yr olds that demand everything in life.

@themusicfreakteen yea, i dont belive in him myself, im a wiccan, but it isnt about what we think the song means or if we just like the song or if we believe in god or not , no need to complain unless someone is forceing their veiws on others, the vidio is an oppion(sp?) of what they think it means, so people should just listen and enjoy the song :P

@lupebaby if u believe witchcraft exists it's ur own life.2 tell u how 2 live ur own life is very sad on my part or 4 anybody.music is music and either way it's meant 4 all.i hear many comments that non-believers say about Christian songs and how some don't even care.
