@PREDATORKN I've seen footage of Arnold doing his front raises in that manner. With all due respect to him, I'd say he was mistaken about this. How can extending this arc until gravitational resistance is reduced possibly add more tension to the movement?
Can someone tell me how i get the bit between my neck and shoulder bigger. You know like Brock Lesnar has. I really want big muscles like him and this guy lol. Great work out video. More please!
@sweatyfish123 The slang for them is traps. Google " How to work out your traps" And u will find tons of vids, I just found 1 tonight cause just getting into working out and I was hurting more then I should and found out I was doing them wrong. Gl man!
