her crescent moon style has decent bnb's that are extremely hard to perform, but the major problem is that her setups require the opponent to make a critical mistake, or you to get a lucky counter hit.

Kirbykidsmith quit talking like you know about stuff. Ryougi is nowhere near horrible or clunky, being on of the fastest characters in the game. Her attacks also have longer range than most characters while being hard to hit. Most characters have to wait for HER to make a mistake.

She got buffed in Ver. A a little bit but yes she is horrible, her dash speed is extremely slow, all she has going for her is her range, which can be prorated out of because of her hitbox. For her damaging combos to work she has to get a good step in hit first, her long range C and 2B aren't versatile as pokes--> combos.

Ryougi is not C-Tier. More like B or maybe B+

She's not a superstar, but she can easily hang. She has the best air to air game, after all.

And C is a great poke, idk why you'd say otherwise.
