  • Thank you AulicExclusiva for your comments. My microscopic camera microphone probably has something to do with the orchestral reproduction---it is certainly much more realistic "in the room".

  • It certainly reproduces the voice beautifully. But it makes the orchestra, in this 1949 recording, sound like it was recorded in 1929. What a gorgeous performance from De los Ángeles, though.
