i think only 1 person died when i did this mission and I wasnt exactly sure why. i dont remember who it was but I know someone told me about why it happens

I did all the Loyalty missions and had everyone survive at the end of the game. I played through again, made all the same choices, and lost Mordin Solus in the "Hold the Line" section. Apparently the less combat oriented characters have a 50/50 live or die thing during that section. So you probably got shafted on the percentile. Fantastic game, all around, though.
