It comes with Mac-computers and as i said it's GarageBand. i've heard that some people have bought a Mac just becouse of that program.

There are a lot of music programs for windows...

FL Studio, Cubase, Reason, Ableton Live, and so on...

I really like FL studio, but I guess they're all good
