There isn't 11 in there as a healer he put his Main healing target to the side to make it easier for him. Plus the fact that no offence but as a healer you really didnt do much had pots ready to use, plus the fact you didnt use any of your Cds Lay of hands and divine illumintaion i believe it is, so this is both a dps problem but tbh the healer made a mistake at 0.43 tanks most important here to keep up at all costs due to the insane bleed effects, the tanks should take one, he just let him die.

l2 heal fucking idiot paladins are over healers, you get 80% of your mana back from getting crits, you shouldn't be worrying about mana, spam heals, depending on the boss the tank, and your gear, you should be using flash of light if your gear is good, like mine :) and if it sucks, use holy light. on eredar twins and illidan (as examples) you must be using holy light, if you have enough haste and when your trinket(s) proc, and your talents, thats about a 1 second holy light crit of13k
