  • The Protoss had 5,000 minerals...lol...

  • @BrosephMG the zerg as well.. i am bronze, but NEVER as terribad as those two guys.. (i played it for a week)

  • If you are in bronze the best way to move up is to memorize an early pool build and practice it to perfection. Also make sure you get a 13 scout to figure out what your opponent is doing.

  • If "you don't have to worry about scouting" then how am I supposed to just know I won't need those units ?... you say all those roaches, spines and each 2 of those lings could be a drone, but since I should not worry about scouting, having those drones would be equivalent to relying on the fact that my opponent is even more incompetent than me, and will not attack me because he has no units... that's not really learning anything about the game, that's just banking on dumb opponents...

  • I like the way yo voice sounds.

  • The general idea for zerg is always to be one base ahead, but any decent Protoss can makro his way out of a makro'ing zerg. Zerg wins with the swarm, if the swarms are equal, zerg does not win.

  • i don't get it, i'm bronze NA and i'm a thousand times better than these guys, and i still lose quite a few games, i think bronze players are brutally underestimated, i mean i'm not saying we're good, we know we aren't but seriously, 4k bank at 20 mins? this is pathetic.

  • what all bronze players think "macro is overratted'

  • *facepalm* "don't even worry about scouting"

  • 8pool fast crawler? :D

  • Comment removed

  • when you fast forward the creep looks like theres a bunch of invisible units on it just moving around

  • well that's ok and all but you have to realize that the 85% bronze and silver players whole builds are either all ins or cheese, and you WILL NOT stop that with out-macroing.

The first thing you'll need to thrive is learn and perfect one base all ins or pushes with expand, and then, and only then will you get to gold where things start to get normal-ish. So. leave macro for later, learn and perfect the mechanics first.

  • @NyoMotovun his tipps were helping me quiet well and i moved like this from bronze to gold even if i got cheesed just learning 1 base all-ins wont help you to stay long in gold or higher at all

  • @NyoMotovun Bullshit sir, learning all-ins and such will not get you out of bronze league, it will keep you in bronze with the other 'all-inners'.

  • Terran please :D

  • Than you sooooo much! The tips in this were very helpful. Please keep making videos!

  • this channel needs more subs

  • I think you could go far on youtube. I think what you need to do is make a schedule that works for you. So people can be excited for when the next vid comes out. Just an opinion

  • i stand corrected he had stuff

  • Im a bronze player...AND I PLAY EXACTLY NOT LIKE THIS...oh and to the toss...just why...10 min and u barely have shit

  • This resembles my playstyle a lot. I'm a Bronzeleaguer myself and these pointers are platinum! Subscribed and liked!

  • I just what you said and even though they proxie gated it still worked! much love <3

  • this is really awesome!! people can learn alot about this.. there goal to reach the next ladder!! good job sc2noobschool!

  • this is an awesome guide for noobs! thank you!

  • Are you still doing these kind of videos SC2NoobSchool? I'm Silver league and I'd like to send in a couple of replays to be analyzed some time! Until then, I'm off to watch Tuesday (=

  • Thanks. I'm going to try this out.

  • @Sproeikoei no it cost 3 because it takes away 100 minerals that could be used to make 2 drones + the 1 drone you need to build the spine crawler.

  • I'm bronze/silver, and I actually disagree with this guy on just a few things, such as how he says the the zerglings in the beginning aren't doing anything. And making a second base your goal doesnt account for all the cheesers in bronze either

  • @Harishimomo Speaking as someone who is almost out of silver, I can say that if those zerglings were drones he could have gotten the zerglings up in a much greater number later. Also, I have never lost my second base to a fast protoss cheese even if I went hatch first

  • @Harishimomo

Then scout for them ;) , it's as easy as that. Gold has more cheesers then silver and bronze. Getting just units without knowledge of the enemy is worthless money (for Zerg ofcourse) You need to know when, and where to invest your money in. Zerg isn't Toss or Terran where you will have (you should have) a continuous military production.

  • ty for the help :D cause i sucks with sergs

  • this guy sounds like suck

  • I play bronze and i always make 4 zergs 1 at each tower

    and 6 to defend

  • If you think about it, every spine crawler is worth 3 drones

  • @BlueEyedSon101

No, a spine crawler costs 1 drone. It doesn't destroy the other 2 that are gathering ;) He is refering to wasting larvae on units which you could have made later whilst you had an expansion so you can make double the amount of drones and army at the time you need it.

  • i seriously almost stopped watching at "you know what dont even worry about scouting." I mean come on you're in the bronze league, almost everyone cheeses......

  • There's a TON of cheese in bronze, so this really won't work.

  • @DarkMageB8 Yup, I'm in Bronze on 1v1 and the constant cheese makes it so frustrating that you have to see it to believe it. It's not a lot of fun these days if I'm being honest.

  • @DarkMageB8 a bunch of really horribly timed and unmicroed cheese which amounts to no trouble at all if you know what this game is lol

  • roach hydra is great for beginners

    learn to use zerglings though.

later on, all sorts of great combinations.

one thing, is I always get 3-4 infestors, they're always useful and you need their tech to get to hive anyways

  • damn, bronze league is a joke lol.

  • please do this like every week

  • I made it all the way to gold without hotkeying units lol.

  • Hey I'm a bronze zerg :) thanks for the tips :)

  • I like this and i think you should do zerg week then terren week and so on. Looking forward to this.

  • im platinum and diamond in team games but only silver in 1's (2 lazy to play) but i know scouting is the number 1 thing, isnt it true that a 4 gate from a toss or something would KILL what you said to do? or is it because its a bronze league you dont have much to worry about? im just confused because i know scouting saves lives and its saved my partners and mine multiple times seeing early aggression or cannon rushes or something like that

  • @shortstart1218 For cannon rushes, you don't have to worry too much. As long as your main entrance is unblocked by cannons, just save up to 400 minerals, then pull all probes and walk into your opponent's base, take down his probes, take down his main, then build a base and continue the game. You'll have a probes number advantage

  • @blu3b0i84 yeah but if you can stop it first, your not at the disadvantage of starting over and giving them an expansion or something like that, and i was more focused on the scouthing part which i find really important

  • @blu3b0i84 and what will u do if he builds a cannon in his min line while u are underway to his base? i think it isnt always that easy :)

  • @xdemonjohn:

Yes, if your inject timing isn't quite spot on enough to spend all the minerals you get (or if you are going for mostly zerglings, in which case you will have an abundance of resources even if you use all larvae), macro hatches are probably a good idea.

It costs you nothing but minerals, gives you an additional cache of larvae and can even be used for a pseudo wall-in or some moew creep coverage.

  • i like what you're saying and think this is a great video. im also gonna say that if immadino had sniped those sentries in the first engagement he probably could have done a 2base all-in and won

  • How do u go from bronze to silver?

  • @edrisha win games

  • @edrisha

    You play better.

  • Please Protoss next! great series so far!

  • lol 4k overmins.... brings back memories :P

  • @LPchief

I always get too many minerals. How the fuck do I spend them all? Macro hatches? :(

  • @xDemonJohn One thing to look at is how well you're injecting. Bad injects will give you less larva and thus limit your ability to spend. Ideally you want to the energy on any one of your queens <25.

  • @TheHighestNoon Another common problem is having larva just sitting there. Often when I watch Zerg replays, their minerals are climbing but no units are being built. Getting supply blocked or just plain forgetting to use them are two common symptoms of high minerals.

  • @xDemonJohn Well I'm not too good with zerg, but let's see... Indeed a macro hatch. maybe build two evolution chambers, so you can start upgrading. i mean, if you have a nice army and you ahve overmins, just upgrade them! maybe try to expand one more time, go to hive tech, make a spire... i know that in late game i mostly lose from zerg if they went a spire something like that. my best tip would be the upgrades though. and if you keep injecting well you could easily reach the 200 food. glhf!

  • I like this concept a lot! Keep up the great work! =D

  • What league are you Trebis?

  • @nolliepoper I would assume he's diamond or masters, grandmaster maybe but doubtful. He has to have a lot of game knowledge to do what he does, more than most casters simply because he wants to teach vs just yell a lot at important moments (nothing against them, that type of caster is very entertaining, just not educational). Actually, caster might be an inaccurate word, more like teacher. This has been a long, convoluted answer to a simple question, given by Arceushero.

  • @Arceushero Well, that was a nice little rant you had there but I asked what league Trebis is in?

  • @nolliepoper I gave you an answer in pretty much the first sentence. The rest was explaining.

  • @Arceushero You assume to much, if Trebis was in Masters or Diamond he wouldn't be hiding his league.

  • This is a great idea and I'll continue watching if you continue making them.

  • Noob school please don't let I up on this I highly recommend this and want to see this coming more often

  • 20 minutes and not even 100 food

this sucks so hard. im way better than this and cant get above 16 bronze

  • @Smubbs true :D as a zerg vs toss i've 200/200 +3 +3 roach/hydra/ultra on 16:30

off 3base - low masters league. I'm a fanboy of SC2 so I watch any starcraft 2 video.

    SC2 community ftw! :)

  • but what if the guy early attacks you?

    youre fucked

    this is a turtle game

  • So that was Bronze?

I'm a total noob (thats why I suscribed here teehee). But Season 4 and this Season 5 I somehow landed in Gold after the placement Games. A friend of mine watched me playing that game vs a Bronze Toss. My Micro was bad, my eco was crap. And my forces were shit, too. So in short: I loss really hard. And still-> Gold League. And u know what? I've never won a game. And I'm not nearly as good as this Zergplayer. Lol <.<...

  • i give u good feedback

  • Awesome!

  • Can someone tell me how to send him my replays
