  • friends..best way to relax your eyes ..is to sleep 2 hours after your work,school or something else and also to put tea on a clothe and putit on ur eyes....

  • Perhaps you are pressing too hard on the actual eyeball. The eyes should be gently cupped. Ideally there would be clearness after palming.

After thirty years of nearsightedness, getting stronger prescriptions for glasses every year or two, I now have 20/20 vision, without any surgery. I read a book called "Take Off Your Glasses and See", which talked about many of these same principles. I'm 56 years old now and for the past five years have needed no glasses. Thank you pseudoscience!

  • Astigmatism is mostly an additional myopic distortion. In my book Conscious Seeing, I talk a lot about astigmatism, how to view it and there are gorgeous coloured photos for training two eyed vision that changes the astigmatic perceptions.

  • Begin wearing them and looking far away through the holes. With breathing and relaxation, you will notice the appearance of the holes being less. This is an important step. More on my website under pinholes

    If I replace my spectacles with pinhole glasses ( I see clearly with them), will my dioptres slowly be reduced and at the end will I be able to ditch my spectacles and my pinhole glasses? Or are pinhole glasses just another optional instrument besides spectacles?

  • Correct, the pinholes are worn during safe times instead of the spectacles. When you use training practices that I have written about while wearing the pinholes, then when you remove the pinholes your natural eyesight will be sharper. Then you will find that the diopters of your glasses can be lowered, because they will feel too strong. Good luck.

  • Either of the two editions will be fine. The last edition has some extra information about nearsightedness andpinholes, I believe.

  • Okay I found it, but 1 question: Is your book something like what Dr Bates wrote? I looked at his one and I had no idea what he was writing. His english was old? Are your books writtein in the same way, or are they easy and simple to understand? I really need a book like yours

  • The first book, Seeing without Glasses is very simple to follow with many exercises. The later books, The Power Behind Your Eyes and Conscious Seeing are case studies as examples of how vision can improve, and also with different exercises.

  • 1 more question, at the end you said we must plant this habit in our lifestyles. Does that mean I have to conciously remind my eyes not to strain, but to relax and not to try to eee something that i already can't? Or is it to plant the practices you just mentioed in your video daily, every 20 minutes like you said?

  • Sunning in the beginning should always be done with the eyes closed. Then, as you move the head back and forth, you give little blinks with both eyes - very short, just enough to let in the light. DO NOT LOOK AT THE SUN. The habit refers to actually taking the time during the day to include these new ways of seeing and the practices into your routine. Good luck and thanks.

  • When you explained about sunning, I didn't really get you. You said "blink" after staring at sunlight for a few times. What does that mena? You open the right eye and blink for a few times, then close it, then do the same with the left eye, then continue sunning, then again repeating the proccess? Is that what you meant? I'm near sightedness. And what if I don't do it at the 2 hour mark, I do it for 2 hours straight? Will it work better? Thanks, God bless you

  • Firstly, there is less tension. Your view will seem wider, with more contrast and depth. Your inner feeling will be peaceful.

    I do not wear glasses but the continuous exposure to the mentioned harmful elements has, like i noticed, began to harm my eyesight as well as causing me unpleasant headaches.

  • You are most welcome. My desire is to give another view, a possibility, other than what we are brainwashed to believe. Our eye functioning does respond to help when we consciously apply sound principles. Trust that you keep your vision fitness high.

  • Yeah, some times my eyes get tired even when i was younger in college during the class room my eyes were so strained or tired I had to close my eyes to to rest them. I think at times only one of my eyes does all the focus which puts to much pressure and have to close my eye lid to ease up the pressure. It is not as bad as before, but i still get my eyes tired from time to time specifically when reading.

  • I was wondering if you know the bates plaming method? Is it any good? What other methods so you recommend because hypoteically I think the brain can tell the eye to produce clearer image thorugh imagination power. Is it true?

  • I also trained in the Bates Method. The palming practice is a good way to build in relaxation into one's daily living. The eye is definitely directed by the brain and this is the basis for enhancing vision function of the eyes.

  • How exactly do you practice palming properly? Is it recalling memories from the past when ones vision was clear?

  • Breathe in, then out and wait for a sort pause. Feel your palms over your closed eyelids. Feel the energy from the center of your palms. Wrap this energy around the eyes like a warm blanket. As you breathe feel the tension leaving your eyes and muscles. Let this healing energy touch all the structures of your eyes. Starting with the cornea then the iris, lens, Vitreous, and retina and even the optic nerve.
