January 2012 - More than 300 sets sold to date. I have removed a few comments that were either not informative or not appropriate for this page. Do not ask questions about the DVD set here. These should be directed to me via the link above. Also, a one-word comment like "awesome!" is a nice sentiment, but does not offer enough information to be of help to anyone considering this purchase. The music on this Youtube video is NOT on the DVDs. Sorry if you find it distracting.
I love this set! I have recommended them to several people who are just starting out. If you are like me and began taking classes that left you wanting more, then this would be the one for you. I learned more in the first half of the first DVD than I did in the two classes I took with the instructors right there. Thanks so much for all that you do Mark.
I feel like I have found my mentor through watching your videos, Mark. These videos are a tremendous wealth of information for the stained glass artist - at all levels of craftmanship. The logical flow from one DVD to the next builds not only a much deeper knowledge of the craft, but the desire and motivation to uncover my work table, and begin again. Your DVD's have shown me that my old work was simply "child's play," but that a well-crafted piece is possible, Thank You so very much.
Hi ive just watched the introduction to your dvd class. I have recently started working for a glass work company. I never knew that Stained Glass would capture my imagination like it has. Im now very good with my design and i have never been good at drawing, but i have the technical skill and precision to achieve some good quality pieces and my boss says im a natural. Unfortunately i dont have the funds to purchase your class but i wanted to praise you on your fine workmanship and dedication.
These videos are awesome. I much prefer Mark's causal approach to teaching using non-professional video techniques. Its like he is teaching me personally.
I took a beginner class in college to fullful my art credit but it never really answered my question or taught me the stuff i wanted to learn. I looked all over for additional info and i found Mr Stines DVDs. I was hesitant to buy them becuase of the price and that they were not professionally filmed but becuase of his finished pieces you see on his web site i decided to purchase them. His attention to detail is amazing i have never been dissapointed with my purchase. buy them you wont regret it
Hello, I am very pleased with my videos and the candid instructions provided. By showing the step by step and talking as you work one can truly experience and get a true feeling of what it takes to create exceptional art work. I have since made 2 leaded projects and I can tell you I would not have achieved what I have without your information. Thank you
This a an absolute must for anyone interested in the art of stained glass. I did take a few classes but was not satisfied with the quality of the teachings. The DVDs are worth more than you pay for them and are a gold mine of information.
excellent dvd set mark.before i bought the dvd set i hadn,t cut a piece of glass, now thanks to mark i have finished my first project.i had no trouble playing them (i live in australia).well worth the money.
These videos are the best investment towards stain glass I have made thus far. The content is indeed comprehensive and easy to follow. Any questions or comments I have had before and since buying the DVDs have been answered promptly and thouroughly. Mark is a true master in the field. I wholeheartly recommend them to anyone interested in creating stained glass art.
I, too, had no experience with stained glass and wanted to learn about the art and craft from a professional. I am delighted with the content and Mark's easy-going presentation. I find myself reviewing different segments often and always learn something that I can apply. When I have had questions, Mark has been quick to respond with very detailed explanations. These DVDs are definitely a bargain: you'll be getting the equivalent of years of private lessons from a real pro.
"A bargain at any price." The very best investment I have made in my pursuit of stained glass art. I hope to become half the artist that is Mark Stine.
Having no experience with stained glass but wanting to try this in my spare time I did research on the web to find out what was available. After talking with Mark (and others), I made the plunge and purchased his DVDs. I could not be happier with that puchase. Mark's videosHis instruction on the DVDs is as good as having him there next to you. I highly recommend the purchase of these DVDs. Thanks Mark for taking the mystery out of the subject. Best internet video I ever bought.
One look at Mark's work leaves no doubt that he is truly a master glass craftsman and artist. Mark's casual delivery in the videos makes you feel like you are right there with him as he details his technique and style. He doesn't just show you, he tells "why" he does things the way he does. If you are serious about your craft, then you owe it to yourself to purchase this set of videos. You won't be disappointed.
I love these videos....it's like taking a one on one class from an expert! I appreciate all the time and effort put into the videos and like the casual format. I also like the way you get to see the project build with each lesson. The videos are well worth the cost. Mark's work is the best I have ever seen!
These videos by Mark and very comprehensive. When I began watching them I had never attempted stained glass or taken any classes. I have watched 4 of the 8 videos so far and already feel ready to tackle my first project. Thanks, Mark, for putting these videos together and for being so willing to answer questions from us when they come up!!!

I learned an incredible amount from these videos - it's almost like taking an internship at his studio. Well worth the cost.
