I would avoid the looking up ~ overextending the neck, right before coming up from the bottom of the squat, aldo there seems to me to be FHP in the lock-out!
@volatileacid you've been at the gym for over 10 years? Who cares? You're trying to tell eric cressey, one of if not the most respected strength coaches in the industry that he doesn't know what good squat form looks like? He's clearly attempting to portray complete hip extension i.e. finishing with your hips. By disagreeing with him you're also disagreeing with pretty much every top strength coach in the industry as well as top powerlifters because they all teach this method of squatting.

Oh jesus help us all. I envisage an entire bunch of newbies taking the lead from this video and learning sod all - injuring themselves in the process.
Use an olympic bar man, load some weight on there, say 100kg - and show us proper squat form with that.
I don't know WTF you're attemping to potray in your video - and I've been at the gym for over 10 years.
