This car is essentially in a class of it's own. The only car that I can think of is the Nissan 370Z but this car no question, hands down a winner. I mean the engine in this car is used in the 3 series as well as the 5 series.
OOH whoopsy I saw that you just replied to the vid yeah that guy is a douche nozzle. some people just dont get it. I have leased some nice cars and owned a few I had a 98 c class amg and while it was fast it was no where near the drivers car the bmw's are they are built to not only go fast but go around a corner and not make you feel like your going to crash. My 135 is a confidence inspiring tire melting wonder car. in other words im just happy I got to drive one
I own a jet black 135 coupe everything is stock and the car is a fucking monster its a shame that a douche nozzle like you gets to review them. I also leased the last gen M3 and have spent some time in the new one and then I bought the 1 series. But this is no fucking M3!! I love my car but the M3 is way more fucking car, more of a track car. I pitty you for sounding like an asshole. And yes these cars are pricey but bmw's have tremendous leasing programs.
Also, who likes a white car? And I drive a Sparkling Graphite 135i Convertible (best BMW color ever) and I completly agree. You talk like a douchebag and did you just wing that review. Um...that tree was a fun color...wonder if thats where the wood came from? And there is an autoban in America. Its called any interstate away from a city at around mignight. I bring mine up to 150mph often and it never gets old.
LOL at "douche nozzle". This guy did sound like a clueless retard who only "thinks" he knows everything about BMWs. Failure of a review for sure.
While the 135i has E46 M3 power in a straight line, it can't trackday like an M3, even with the sport package. I still love the 135i for what it is though.
I wished you could have taken some video of the top coming up and down as well as some shots of the exterior of the car. I didn't really care for this car until I saw one in a parking garage yesterday. The BMW website and coupe verson of the 1 don't do this car justice.
lol, no I don't have a Mercedes. what I meant was that I'd prefer a C-class over a 3 series for instance. I'm a fan of small cars. Are the back seats on this function.. like on the Volvo C30?
Oh, I see what you mean. I would still prefer a 3er. But to each his own, ya know?
The back seats are actually pretty usable. Horatiu, the owner of BMW Blog, is about 6'3", and he fit back there nicely. He wasn't that scrunched. Now, that was with the top down. The top up he was a bit more pressed for room.
hey hi Josh.Well it shows that you really do like the car. I'm more of a Merc person but the 135i has me sold. I think its a great car. any down sides to it?
Only downside may be the size factor, that is, if you need a lot of space. I don't really need a lot of space. The trunk is big enough to fit a couple of guitars for me, a duffle bag, or two, and I'm small (5'9"), so I fit in it well. do you have a Mercedes?
I own an alpine white 135ia and I absolutely love it! comfortable, very sporty, stunning looks! If you can afford it, get it!
