In Ojibway, the word "maikan" is "mah-eeng-kan" (k-ish) ~ both sound almost the same meaning wolf... eh tayp pweh yahn.. i am telling the truth.. they have french mixed in... the First Nations of Canada never had clothing per se as the europeans.. we had furs and leathers..... and some fibres...
