you should add trash coast to your run the chest on the boat has a higher chance to give good loot i think gave me a nidhogg on playthrough 2)

you didnt went to old haven there are 10 crates over there

and you didnt said that the places you shot at the floor mean that there might be a crate there

1) there aren't many red crates in old haven, as you may have noticed, this run is all red crates except the start in new haven

2) you can't move from crate to crate so easily in new haven

3) I already figure this vid is too long.

4 I'll add annotations for the possible crate locations,

and finally... If I were to add another location to this run, it would be the lost cave. :) thanks for your comment!
