This drug is anti-depressant and not meant for i/v injection. Left leg had wet necrosis caused by self-performed package of it in a plastic bag due to evolving necrosis and non-qualified treatment of it. Medics decided to perform necrotomy to avoid the smell.

Necrotomy is a process of surgical removal of dead tissue.
