Well its up to you. I sometimes do 8 to 12 reps. The wrists I just do until they feel looser. My wrists tend to click a lot. The wrist exercise is really good for keeping the wrists in good shape. I guess the time I spend on each exercise depends on the time I have. In a half hour class in a care home I just it shorter. In a normal class of 90 minutes I take around 15 minutes. this is not the complete routine. Thats on the dvd.
Beautiful scenery and helpful movements. Is that a crop circle forming in that flax seed crop?

@crystalblueming could be. Usually its a tractor but from this distance I don't know if its controlled remotely from outer space.
