thats why im always scout when cloaked.

heavy also makes you slower

Being disguised as a scout does not make you move faster. Ever.

I never realized that the spy himself seems to run a bit faster then the "regular" speed.

since scout has the fastest speed then when you run as a spy disguised as scout you dont run the same speed as a scout and its easy to tell the difference. thats one way.
