Found this tip

Wash the shirt in very hot water add baking soda to the water to preserve the writing and illustrations

Iron the shirt while it's extremely damp push the iron from the outer edges of the garment toward the inside of the garment to not inadvertently stretch it as you iron

Dry the shirt in a tumble dryer at maximum heat, this is where the shrinking will take place. leave it to dry inside the dryer.

Don't try this if the shirt is already pre-shrunk

Only works on 100% cotton
