  • When we buy cleaning products for our homes, we really only expect them to do one thing: clean. The truth behind the matter is that many of the general cleaning products you find in most households are toxic, if not potentially fatal.

  • RIP TO YU WAYMAN YU WILL B MISSED

  • First and foremost - My condolences to Regina Tisdale and her children on the loss of their Husband and Father. I can recall seeing him play basketball through his collegiate and professional career and without fail, he always had a smile on his face. Even now, in the throes of chemo, he hasn't changed. To me, that's a true testament to the sort of person he is.

He is the last person I expected to see go so soon.

    Peace...

  • I normally wouldn't even bother to reply but I knew this man personally and the spirit that carried him and the way he touched peoples lives makes him more of a man than you'll ever be. Remember, fools suffer gladly and you obviously have no clue as to how much you're suffering. What a fool!

  • Whoa! Thanks big time for posting this inspirational video. I'd heard and enjoyed his music. Didn't know he was a basketball player or such an awesome man. I 'm not struggling with cancer, but his encouragement and learning through this has strengthened and encouraged me to "Never give up , Quiting is not an option". Until that last breath, I'll keep fighting my fight to overcome my stuff. I pray continued blessings to the Tisdale family. Thank you Bruh. Thank God for your life and family.

  • Praise God for him,his spirit, and the positive impact he has made on young musical artist like myself. His family is in my prayers.

  • Don't know what to say. Cancer never relents. no matter what. I only wish this had never happened to Wayman-and his family.

  • Regina I am so in shock but I know in my heart he was a man after God's heart...Keeping my Tisdale family in prayer...Jennifer Love-Criner

  • He died 6-5-09, Friday. Nows he's playing his guitar for the higher power. Play on.

  • What???? When did he die? Crap! I just discovered his smooth music about 3 months ago. That's depressing.

  • God Bless You Wayman!

  • I met him once here in town at a arts festival. It had not started yet and he was warming up alone. I was talking to someone asking when the show started and Wayman replied 7 sweetheart. A dear man. May he rest is peace!!!

  • rip tisdale

  • I read that his doctor was "incompetent" which why the Cyst grew in the first place and may have caused the cancer!

  • I love this dude and I will miss him dearly. Know that your music meant alot to me as a bassplayer and that you helped me find out who I was as a bassplayer. Rest in peace my brother.

  • RIP.

  • Another great man gone far too soon. I guess God needed another bass player in His Holy Orchestra.... R.I.P., Mr. Wayman Tisdale!!

  • RIP Wayman you're the man

  • Tisdale was the man... He was a great player... I have all his CD's.If he played ball like he played the bass... He would have been like Jordan... Wow! 44 years old, I'm 40 and I keep telling people you have to live life to the fullest. I just lost my father and my nephew... He was 18, my best friend called me and lost his nice last week. She was only 18. Please people have fun and just live life. I know the economy is bad, but don't let it stop you from living your life. R.I.P Tisdale.

  • and THANK YOU for being such a GREAT inspiration, your tenacity and smile will always be remembered!!

  • God Bless you and your family thanks for sharing your passion with us...xo

  • RIP may god hold you and your family

  • Too young. He will be missed by many in Tulsa.

  • I believe that in the end he knew that cancer was winning, but nobody knew outside of his family. His son, Bubba, graduated high school on Thursday, if you can imagine. He just gave an interview that was shown the Wednesday night before he died!! He looked gaunt but there was nothing about his demeanor that would indicate his time was that short. I guess I'm still in shock

  • I couldn't believe it when he passed - I thought he was going to make it. I was recently diagnosed and was in the hospital with diabetes when I heard about his amputation; naturally this idea was scary for both of us. Thankfully for me, I no longer need insulin and am thus far maintaining control with pills.Hopefully this means that I won't eventually lose a leg. I desperately wish there could have been a pill to help Wayman. 4000 attended his funeral yesterday. It was broadcast online.

  • Prayers To The Family Of Mr Tisdale. My husband passed away from cancer. Different cancer but he lost his life also. Pray everyone, pray for each other, reach out to someone you love or someone you dont

  • The heaven's are now filled with your beautiful music. We will miss your great sounds. My prayers are with your family.

  • When I heard the news from my son while I was at work I was devastated & saddened. Me and the wife had just saw him performed 4/25/09 at the City of Lights Jazz Festival in Las Vegas. Im tearing as Im writing this, but he had us all on our feet when he did a medley of old school songs near the end of his performance. Words can't express how I fell but to Regina and your children keep the faith, and may God continue to bless you. I will miss you Wayman but your music will be with us for ever.

  • The flesh may be mournful, but the spirit is abiding in the glory of God. That smile will be bringing joy in heaven almost shining as bright as God's glory. See you when Jesus comes!

  • Tisdale died at age 44 on the morning of May 15, 2009 at St. John Medical Center in Tulsa, where his wife had taken him when he had trouble breathing. Tisdale's agent described his death as a "great shock" and noted that Tisdale had been planning to go into the recording studio the following week for a project with jazz guitarist Norman Brown.[13] As yet, it is unconfirmed whether his death was related to his battle with cancer.

  • RIP Wayman and thanks for leaving us such beautiful music - Peace and Love out to his family

  • From a Sacramento guy ... you were always happy - it helped us during those hard years ... 1985 - 1990-ish. I know you are with God now - as I hope to be one day as well when he calls. May your family mourn you, and love you, and live their lives fully until they are with you. Thanks for everything Brother Wayman.

This really sucks...I know we'll all check out sometime, but this is way too soon. Bernie Mac and now him. The world will miss people like those two.

  • Ive had the opportunity to have two conversations with Wayman, once at the Michael Jordan camp with Marcus Miller at UCSB and another time at a Marcus Miller concert at UCLA. Im a fellow bass player and he did not hold back his knowledge in discussing the instrument with me. He was a very down to earth person, just an all around great guy. He will be missed. My regards to the Tisdale family, friends and fans. (Revelation 21: 1- 5)

  • Why does this have to happen to good people like this man truly was? Thank you for the great music we Jazz music fans will continue to enjoy. Rest in peace my brother, you will be missed.

  • Really, why does this almost without fail end up befalling great, upstanding people as Wayman and all too many others...while asshats as 50 Cent and many other sad clowns keep on living seemingly oblivious to life's turmoils? Someone try to answer that conundrum...if anyone dares. RIP Wayman Tisdale 1964-2009

  • RIP Wayman!!! we enjoy you music and

your carisma. i am a big fan of you ma man

    God Bless your family

and now you are playing your bass in heaven

  • Even though I didnt know you in person, you show me in that short segment that as long as your breathing and allow to take of your family, THAT'S WHAT LIFE IS ABOUT. R.I.P

  • I didn't know much about Wayman until seeing him perform on a beautiful summer evening on the Chicago lakefront a few years back. He brought incredible energy to that stage, and had the entire audience feeling like we were all each other's friends. It was obvious that, in addition to being a wonderful musician, Wayman had a zest for life and just oozed sheer joy. A very special man indeed, one to be emulated for many reasons. May God bless his family. Heaven is one funky party tonight.

  • May God be you all in this time of need, he done what he love, and we love him for it. we love Wayman Tinsdale (R.I.P.)
