Nimoy's straight face while pleading ignorance about the studio's promotion of the movie being "the final voyage of the Starship Enterprise" was precious.
The confusion over it being the last Trek film might have been due to the trailer proclaiming it to be "the final voyage of the Starship Enterprise" - which was of course true, until they started to make new ships.
Grazie! Thank you for this rare interview! It's unbelievable how much star trek TOS can be found on the web! After years and years "fasting" I never get enough!
TOS forever!!! There will never be another Spock, good thing we still have the original one!!!

Very nice. I have a very blurry copy of this recorded on my old betamax VCR from back in the day. Your copy is much clearer. Great share.

the final voyage of the Starship Enterprise - technically yes... the final voyage of NCC-1701, until A came around =)

The scene where Kirk says that he and McCoy "have to do this" is a good clue to the plot, given Spock's "Remember" line to McCoy in II.
