I think Erik Sundin needs more recognition. He is after all one of the original founders and voices of Christafari. He sang most lead vocals of their first 2 albums.
this is christian music but the like bar still like a joint, but i can't get high when i hear it, it don't make me feel happy like the others reggae roots bands.
Christafari! Amazing! Since Hallie Selassie (Tafari Makonnen) aka Ras-Tafari, has been lifted up above Yeshua Messiah JESUS for generations! Its taught that Hallie Selassie is "KING OF KINGS AND LORD OF LORDS", even though the Holy Scriptures state in: John 14:6 "Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the Truth, and the Life: NO man cometh unto the Father, BUT BY ME." "Christianity" was not coined by JESUS nor his followers, but those who wondered what to call his followers.
who cares about under the influence and who cares if someone smokes weed or not i came to listen to reggae music peace <3 dont judge until you judge yourself
Ras Tafari Died from 1975 and is Still Dead and in his grave beside his wife...gwan go dig him up and find out, still in his royal burial funeral clothes, nah come out till Jesus come back becuz he proclaimed to be a Christian.
see thats wat i'm talkin bout. how u gonna say that was judgemental ? who are u to judge? ur not ur honor or let alone god.... and u dont' know christians as a whole only those u came in contact wit. christians have an ugly history if u choose to not be ignorant and put ur religious belief aside and do some research u'll see wat i'm talkin bout. christian missionaries misplacin families. tellin others of opposite religions who or wat they should believe in. christianity is the youngest religion
@NIMCOR3 What the hell are you talking about? Cannabis doesn't kill brain cells. Christafari has no right to wear Ithiopia's colors and the Star of David.
God made herb for the use of man. Read it in the Bible. Herb is a sacrement. Its all how you use it. Its your Intention! Look at alcohol. how many people it kills all the time, and Christians use it as a Sacrement??? Its time to quit being so judgmental. Live your life and quit thinking you have the answers and formula for others.
@fromdahytes that was totally judgmental on your part! Not sure what Christian you are hanging around! I will say that it is a downfall of many Christians, HOWEVER, as a whole christians are a loving, and non-judgmental group of people in my experience.
They are sober and give encourageing words. But the non sober bob gave words of wisdom through the herb.enough said i wish they wouldn't twist the rastafarian life some people would think it's a sign of mockery.
This song is tight.. Christian Reggae Song.. Mann.. And I agree with Butterflyring.. It's about time there sober Reggae.. DRUMS sound nice.. Gotta look for them in stores.....
my fAvourite BAND EVER!! love these guys & girls and all the music they producing its so encouraging not to give up, for i can do all things through christ who strengthens me... I love you Jesus!
This is my favorite Christaphari song....I love the dub version...I listen to it all the time and I have been for over three years and it never gets old...never gets old. I always flow with the Spirit when I hear it, like I am on the ocean. Peace!
Thank You Father You chose to come and reveal Yourself in the begotten Son of Yours JESUS CHRIST the GOD incarnate and save us those who will sincerely repent /put their trust/faith in You Lord
@butterflyring smoking marijuana is not 'being under the influence". and as we all know i'm sure, reggae music comes from the rastafarian religion, which encompasses the usage of ganja...in church :) God Bless...
@xEyeofProvidence I used to think the same way. then Jesus found me and i realized i had been telling myself a lie about ganja being harmless. Granted it does have it's medicinal properties, people almost always use it beyond that. It changes your way of thinking for sure. Seems so harmless at first, that's how it is with almost every drug, the honeymoon period then disillusionment that you have a habit, then you become slave to a plant. I remember the feeling of solace when i had my frosty nugs
@xEyeofProvidence and looking back, i would never want to be a pothead again xD i still get urges, especially since im a musician and music seemed so alive when PUI (playing under the influence) and thats part of the allure this wacky tabacky has hehe But i like then feeling of a clear head better, and now i get "high" off the Holy Spirit and that's plenty for me =]
@gammafreak Thats cool! Keep it up. Pot just take you away from him, keep you heart with him not on pot, youll be 100% satisifyed with him, you cant get 100% with pot
