@kenshinoriginal1 Long story short, before Naughty Dog ever created Crash, they gave the rights to Universal Interactive Studios. As soon as the contract expired, Universal took full control of the franchise, in 2004 they changed their name into Vivendi Universal. In 2005 they partnered up with Sierra Entertainment. Then by the end of 2007, Vivendi and Activision partnered up and became Activision Blizzard and now they own many properties such as Crash and Spyro.
