I saw him in a bar in NC back in 07. He opened up for The Drones, which opened for Band of Horses. The best show I've ever been to. Ships and Long Dream are two amazing songs.

Saw this guy in a church for south by south west along with band of horses for free, and it had to be the best show i have seen in my life. Especially with the churches' acoustics. He sounds exactly like his recordings too, not one note was missed at all

Honestly i hate it when people flock in to listen to an artist because they heard them on a show. You know how ifound him out? By going to a show in south by south west not knowing who i was going to see, and this guy rocked it. You should see him sometime.
