As always, great inspirational stuff! I noticed a great phantom punch combo (I think Alan referred to it as the "shadow punch") at 3:56 and a few other spots!

And yes, great, smooth trapping too! Overall.. super fluid!!

Another great video of the Master Bag Blaster! Great form and function on both bags. Gotta love that big Maize bag, and I see you throwing some pretty advanced speed bag combo's, splitting the fists, shadow punching under your elbows and you're still the best bag trapper (stopping bag on the board) around. You need to come to our Speed Bag Gatherings in Keyport New Jersey. We'd love to see ya!
