It was The Spring Branch High School Marching Band circa 1983. I was in that band at the time. Too many memories!

Everytime I watch an Astroworld commerical, it brings back years of great memories.

Sky Screamer!!! The lines were long that summer for this ride, but it moved quickly due to the short ride time.

I miss AstroWorld like an old friend. Every summer we'd make two trips to Houston from Louisiana and take enjoy the park.

I was waiting for this exact video to post! I lived in Houston 1983 to 1987 and when I first saw this original commercial air, I just had to go there. Went there about 2 times per year. I thought about being anywhere else. It was the best!!

I was in this commerical, too. I can see Dean, Mike Soresen, Sergio, Steve Chesser, John Lohse, Cheryl, and Carla on one of the bass drums. Great times! Tracy was the drum major in the very middle near the globe.

I was in that marching band in the commercial. Ironically, we used to do a number entitled Knight Rider at halftime during that same year. My how the years have flown. I thought I actually caught a glimpse of Greg Lohse and Laura Gleason in a couple of those shots. How'd we get picked for that promo anyway? It was alot of fun! Miss the park, miss the band. Go Bears!!!!

OMG!! You dont know how long Ive been searching for this commecial!! ALL i can ever remember growing up is this specific jingle & for years now I've been trying to hunt down an Astroworld commerical with this specific jingle...Never was able to find it until NOW! THANK YOU SO MUCH for posting this. Great memories!
