thank you very much for the video ... I am placing the cover in a small cake madeloops at the bottom of the cake .. so look for something I explain the technique ... and congratulate helped me a lot ... I hope to learn from you ... Thanks from Venezuela, Puerto Ordaz.
Professional or not, I really enjoyed the video. My interest to cake decorating is relatively new, so I'd like to ask what kind (if there are varieties) of fondant did you use? Thank you for your reply and post of the video.
Lovely demonstration. I don't understand why people would say things like 'it's not professional, take it down'. You never said you were a professional. I personally liked the video, please don't take it down. :)
@TheLittlestCupcake My rings are stuck on so they won't end up where they shouldn't, and are very well washed along with the hands they are attached to (which also cannot be removed).
@SugarcraftEmporium I meant no offense, I'm sure you're very clean, it's just my first reaction to any jewellery I see on someone who's preparing food, goes against everything I've been taught. This is a fantastic idea by the way.
@Reimana1 if you can do better than start talking shit and stop boasting about watching another group like carlos bakery... Why dont you go work there if you are so talented? You are just a little fucker who must be mean. GROW UP!

What a mess and the tools are wrong the attempt is not the best this should be taken down it's not professional at all.... perfect your process please I watched to the end and I couldnt believe your style and the amount of lack of skill and technique during the video please take this down it would be far better to watch another group like Carlos Bakery Boss video
@Reimana1 If your such a fucking professional make your own bloody video and fuck off every one elses, if your so good and knoe EVERYTHING about cakes then why you watching this video, you retarded SADO!!
@Reimana1 This is not a professional video, nor is it "THE way to do something". It is just me, sharing the way I do the job that might be of help to others.
@SugarcraftEmporium what a silly person you are.. this lady is just showing how she does things.. I have not heard her claim to be professional.. and I have seen plenty of cake decorators NOT remove their rings. I am sure you are guilty of what you call unhygenic practice.. maybe we should come video your kitchen
Thanks very much for this tip. The finish on my fondant cakes is definitely improving with practice, but I had to heavily decorate/cover up the bottom of my second tiers as they were a bit messy. It's thanks to people like you that we can improve our technique. Debs in Isle of Man x
Your really good at what you do. Very talented you make it look easy. I am just starting out with baking / decorating etc. Great to watch. Keep it up xxx

fondant is way to thick, but the technique is good. gonna have to try it.
hionnafire 10 months ago 8
@hionnafire Fondant is usually meant to be alot thicker as its the only layer unlike marzipna and icing.
