The Long Count, which ends on 12/21/2012, resets to day 0 every 1,872,000 days. It's no different than taking our Gregorian calendar and counting it as 365 days (366 for leap years) and just starting back on day 0 (Jan. 1st) at the "end" of every year.

Just because the Mayan calender ends on December 21st, 2012, it does not mean that the world will end.
1. What is the definition of "world"? Earth, Galaxy, Universe, House, Life? You must first clarify that.
2. There is no irrefutable proof that on that day in 2012 anything will happen beyond the alignment.

@FreeVlogger Just to clarify, the Mayans had 17 calendars. And they're all circles. That means when one "ends", it just starts from the beginning. The Long Count, which ends on 12/21/2012, resets to day 0 every 1,872,000 days. It's no different than taking our Gregorian calendar and counting it as 365 days (366 for leap years) and just starting back on day 0 (Jan. 1st) at the "end" of every year.

The force is about 49.8 billion Newtons.
