man all these MLP speed paint drawings i see on youtube are so awesome! I wish i had the talent to draw as good as all these people on here O.O.

It might be just me but the title is a bit misleading, saw speed painting and was expecting you to actually do it at full speed, not just playback your progress at superspeed, nonetheless this is an amazing job, I couldn't even dream to do something this good

@93DavidJ The term speedpainting for videos is something I adopted from other youtube drawing videos. In art, it implies a quickly rendered painting or drawing. So sorry for the confusion, if I actually did record the process via camera it wouldn't be very great since the natural light and the iPad light would be creating havoc on the camera's sensor always readjusting the exposure…then it would look like the video is blinking when sped up. If I had better lighting I could've tried that.

Great speed paint! Can I recommend an app to you, if you haven't hear of it? It's called Sketch Club and I find it to be the best art app made yet. Has a huge online community behind it to, which helps.

@FairyBubblePuppy The program I used, "Brushes", has the ability to record and export a movie for you. Also, you don't necessary need an iPad pen, it is easy to do with just a finger too.

@lawnmowerdude Well an actual tablet of course! I'm not choosing a single tool to use permanently, the whole purpose of the iPad was to do things in a portable manner. I did this while I was on the road or just on a couch. Its like having a digital sketchbook around with ya.

@Helenn127 Don't have Inspire but I do have Sketchbook. I used Brushes simply because it has the ability to record the process, making a youtube video possible.
