This episode was more about 'Two Ton Twenty-One' than the Monarch, but it was indeed a memorable 23 minute of my life. Keep up the podcasts -- they're excellent!
The Exodus 21:24 had to have been planned, and assuming 21 got "Eye for an I" from the Good Book, then that was a moment of pure genius outside of the geekdom we're familiar with him.
Plus, it HAD to suck the Monarch was denied a non-alcoholic drink, a flippin' Fresca! I thought the Monarch and 21's moment was going over perfectly, until 21 put him off by watching Josie and the Pussycats.
Omg, I loved this episode. 21 and 24 have always been my fav characters. I hope we get some backstory on 24, after all he was the 1st of monarchs henchmen and has worked for Phantom limb. It'll be interesting to see what are his origins and why they kidnapped 21 at the age of 15. If only the monarch really knew what happened to his cat, ha ha 21passed out on it and crushed him..lol.

Agreed! It didn't really occur to us that this season would probably give us backstory on the Henchmen — fingers crossed!
