The effects are a little more impressive with less light (for me, at least). I have to take ambien to deal with chronic insomnia; I occasionally cheat and down two of them. I've had some interesting experiences, including a leisurely flight through a burrito that I was eating (damn thing was as vacuous as the universe), was stalked by a giant vagina, rows of candy appeared near me, awesome--but strange--sex, and I had a lengthy conversation with a pair of jeans.
When I took Ambien I saw purple people. Ambien will mess you up!!!
