Must admit I do agree with some of the stuff said about area managers though. They have no people skills and spend so much time with their heads stuck up their bums and skimming everything they can for themselve whilst treating their staff like shit. But having said that if you go to James or Gouy the problem gets sorted fast. They haven't let me down once in 13 years so far!
From reading through the comments it seems James has already upset plenty of drongos or should I say two faced gutless twats that only have the intellegence and bottle to put pathetic anon comments on a web site. Put them face to face with James and they would probably be all yes sir no sir.
You should learn not to judge others by your own low intelligence, James probably sussed you in seconds.
Also he doesn't have to ever fix a pair of shoes.......could you run the company?

There are many, and they help with more than just work issues. The more voices that are raised together, the better. All it would take is a couple of people from each area to organize. In the past, when un-thinking Bosses threatened, people stood together. Now people are in fear. It's just an idea ;-)
i won many awards with you and learned many things, i was shoved pillar to post work with some real idiots that could not believe there position, power mad ams. you have to lick arse to get anywhere which is wrong, you do have some great field staff tony sharpe perry and im surprised certain ams old school are still in there roles, look at there stats on staff moving area and leaving and then area turnover you might get some answers to what im saying????

In my experience the only drongos in this company all work at head office and not in the shops, all this video shows is just how out of touch you are with your staff.
