  • about 2 years after they came out if the police caught people using them you would get a £60 fine because the police thought they where dangerous in road traffic

  • The C5 was not a hybrid since it was pure electric (unless you are counting the pedal power). In addition it was never designed to be used on pavements, since cycling on the pavement is technically illegal in the UK.
